Energy Solution Coordinator

As a key player in delivering customer-centric energy solutions, you will oversee the successful implementation of projects that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Utilize knowledge of diverse services to be adaptive and solution-focused, leveraging 'Energy Connect' and communication tools to enhance customer experience.
- Liaise with Design, Drafting, and Surveying teams to obtain detailed construction plans for energy system infrastructure.
- Offer technical support to resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
- Manage customer project-related activities utilizing SAP.
- Proven experience in energy distribution networks.
- A background in training electrical power systems or equivalent expertise.
- Relevant experience in electrical trades (Lineworker, electrician, or Licensed Electrical Inspector) seeking a career transition.
- Excellent customer service skills – professional, responsive, and informative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Coordination and Project Management.
- Proven financial management skills within project settings.
- ESI Diploma or similar qualification.
