About the Role

The State Government of Victoria, Australia is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing functional support and maintenance for our Oracle ERP Cloud system and planning and budgeting system PBCS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud Services, including PBCS, Oracle Financials modules, Oracle Integration Cloud, Financial Accounting Hub, OACS, OTBI, and IDCS.
  • Provide level 2 and 3 incident management and problem management resolutions, including training and business as usual support to subject matter experts, process owners, and end users.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of interfaces to/from other applications, triaging technical integration problems with supported PaaS applications.
  • Perform a range of financial systems operations, such as user access, chart of accounts maintenance, month-end activities, and standard configuration changes, working with the Budget Team to maintain budgeting and planning applications.
  • Update system configuration as needed to resolve system defects/improve business processes, ensuring system enhancements are completed with agreed stakeholders in a timely fashion and meet or exceed user requirements.
  • Assist in managing the Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS patching cycle, providing impact analysis on patching and upgrade activities and performing regression testing during Releases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Good understanding of the support processes associated with the Oracle Cloud platform or Oracle EBS on-premises Financials modules.
  • Experience as a functional administrator for Hyperion Planning or Oracle PBCS.
