Residential Life Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Life Coordinator.

This role is responsible for building and nurturing residential life in a student accommodation environment, ensuring residents have a positive and supportive living experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Residential Life Manager to design, develop, implement, and manage the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, providing support and assistance when needed.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with residents, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to resident support and wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to think critically and solve problems effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Required qualifications include a degree in a relevant field, such as social work, education, or psychology. A proven track record in residential life or a related field would be highly advantageous.
