Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our Water and Sewerage Operations team.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver safe drinking water and compliant wastewater treatment and disposal services to the community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Water and Sewerage Operations team to deliver safe drinking water and compliant wastewater treatment and disposal services to the community.
  • Lead staff in alignment with Council values, Code of Conduct, and workplace health and safety obligations.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of essential water and wastewater services with a strong focus on customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in water utility operations and at least five years in a leadership capacity.
  • Comprehensive technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment processes and distribution systems.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
