Water and Sewerage Team Lead

This is a permanent full-time role in the Water and Sewerage team, based at Moruya.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of technical enquiries and the delivery of services related to Council's water and sewer systems.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to provide expert technical guidance that ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes.

The position also includes the supervision of staff in alignment with Council's values and safety standards, with support for after-hours activities as required.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the Technical Services Team
