Technical Coordination Role

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to lead and coordinate our Technical Services Team. This team plays a vital role in managing technical enquiries related to water and sewer systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage technical enquiries effectively, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Council's values and safety standards, supervising staff as required.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities and resource coordination to meet quality and performance expectations.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience implementing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Strong technical expertise in water and sewer operations.
  • Sound understanding of relevant industry standards and development application processes.
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully leading and managing teams.
  • Strong customer-focused approach with ability to prioritise and respond to technical enquiries using risk-based criteria.
