Senior Service Designer Role

We are seeking a Senior Service Designer to join our dynamic team, responsible for shaping the future of our in-store customer experiences. As a key member of our Agile squad, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop industry-leading digital services that redefine the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user-centric digital services to enhance the in-store shopping experience, leveraging data insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Uncover opportunities to challenge existing norms and improve services that benefit customers, the team, and Woolworths.
  • Foster cross-team connections and collaborate with various teams to deliver design solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven Service Design experience, with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Service Design, and a deep understanding of UX and research principles.
  • Strong design skills combined with analytical capabilities to translate data into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including engaging presentation and workshopping abilities to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
