About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. As a member of our talented team, you will be responsible for autonomously managing end-to-end experience/product design, collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality work, and conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions, contribute to our design system, and provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, a portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on business outcomes, and a robust framework for making design decisions. You will also need to be an expert in your craft, with a great eye for design and the ability to create functional and delightful interface designs. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in design tools such as Figma, have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to prioritize and generate influence at senior stakeholder and C-suite level.
