- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to maximize hotel revenue, including group and transient rooms, food and beverage, meeting room rental, and local catering.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute sales plans, including market mix, pricing, and yield management strategies.
- Sales and Marketing Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and build long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and close existing deals.
- Business Intelligence and Analysis
- Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
