Job Description

The role is responsible for leading the Commercial team to deliver cost management services across multiple projects in the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

  • Pre-contract cost planning services during design stages of projects
  • Post-contract progress claim and variation assessments
  • Business Development and growth initiatives
  • Manage the Brisbane Commercial team and ensure effective collaboration
  • Commission Management and sector leadership for Industrial and Hi-tech sectors
  • Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Outgoing personality with excellent client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
