Job Title: Associate Director

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Commercial team in Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services across multiple projects in the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project profitability and efficiency
  • Lead a team of cost managers to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Proven experience in cost management and leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
