About this role:

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a vital part in supporting the marketing team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for creating promotional materials, organizing key events, managing marketing projects, and upholding high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize logistics for trade shows, events, and company meetings related to sales and marketing
  • Develop internal sales and marketing materials, such as newsletters, and external communications, including brochures and email campaigns
  • Coordinate with various suppliers on marketing projects
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support
  • Maintain customer contracts and their implementation
  • Assist in sales analysis, including the preparation of KPIs and monthly reports
  • Assist in any tendering process by providing necessary product information
  • Maintain records of marketing budgets and expenditures, making recommendations on spending and supplier choice

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop ongoing training programs
  • Previous experience with IQMS beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (including experience working with Microsoft Applications and other relevant software)
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multitask
