About this role

As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to the clinical team while managing various patient administrative tasks in a dynamic unit specialising in spinal cord injury.

A typical day will see you:

  • Manage confidential patient information with discretion and precision
  • Coordinate the collation of clinical documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with the nurse in charge to ensure seamless patient access and flow
  • Utilise multiple electronic platforms to book appointments, arrange ambulance transfers and access patient electronic medical records
  • Offer front desk reception assistance to patients, families and visitors
