Job Title: Strategic Alliance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Alliance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the ANZ region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Relationships: Establish strong relationships with MSP partners, identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue growth.
- Account Management: Be the primary point person for day-to-day account management inquiries and performance concerns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesion and efficient business practice.
- Sales Excellence: Deliver sales and service excellence by modeling exceptional partner account management.
- Relationship Growth: Drive the growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account teams and key internal partners.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience launching and building relationships with MSP partners within the Microsoft/Cloud Software ecosystem.
- Business Development: Successful track record of exceeding business development and booking goals.
- End-to-End Enablement: Experience personally managing end-to-end partner enablement plans, including business development and technical product training/knowledge transfer.
- Collaborative Selling: Ability to work collaboratively with internal direct sales & services team in successful closing of deals.
- Quantifiable Business Case: Develop a quantifiable business case that establishes and drives a strong mutually beneficial partnership.
- Execution Focus: Execute daily tasks with focus and attention to detail.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with senior executives and owners within the partner community.
- Empathy and Listening Skills: Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives.
