This senior position is a key part of our team at The Busy Group, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making skills, education, and employment accessible to every person.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to ADF Members with significant complex medical conditions to transition from the ADF to civilian employment or meaningful engagement.
- Act as a triage point for new referrals, ensuring to review incoming referrals and make recommendations to team leaders of their status being, low, medium, or high complexity.
- Support team goals and provide guidance and mentoring to other Transition 4 Meaningful Engagement specialists in order to ensure high-quality vocational support is provided to members.
- Assist the leadership team to complete caseload audits by providing clinical oversight and recommendations for improved practice.
- Complete case management duties to ADF Members who are considered highly complex, including:
- Working one-on-one with the member to meet the program's objectives and outcomes.
- Maintaining minimum contact schedules.
- Completing case management administration duties such as file noting, updating profile records, and completing reporting requirements.
- Participating in the coordination and delivery of Transition Seminars.

About You- Qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or Rehab Counselling (qualification should be eligible to be recognised by relevant professional associations).
- Baseline Security Clearance or Ability to obtain clearance.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
