Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor

Our client, a leading Workplace Health organisation, is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team in Brisbane. With a focus on quality and great relationships, this team is continuing to grow and achieve exceptional results.

The Role:

  • Proactively manage a caseload, allowing you to focus on quality and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Engage with a variety of clients, including WorkCover QLD and DVA, to provide vocational assessments and counselling.
  • Attend case conferences and liaise with stakeholders to achieve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Build robust relationships and generate repeat referrals through your expertise and professionalism.
  • Provide training and coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills and areas of interest.
  • Work from the Paddington office, visit clients in Brisbane and surrounding areas, and enjoy flexibility to work from home.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • AHPRA-Registered Psychologist or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience.
  • Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space.
  • Organised, proactive, and motivated.
  • Thrives working independently and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
  • A reliable vehicle and driver's licence.
