We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workshop Administrator. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet maintenance and damage management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process accident reports and quotes in internal systems, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve accident damage-related issues
- Raise, maintain, and receipt Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Process invoices for payment in internal systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment
- Order parts as required, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management
- Liaise with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Provide breakdown assistance and answer phone enquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a culture of service excellence and achieve organizational goals
- Previous administrative experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work autonomously
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with experience in using internal systems and software
- Previous experience within the car rental industry is highly desirable
