Care Associate

Join a supportive team to provide daily care services for residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all residents receive respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence. Other key tasks involve assisting residents with various tasks, including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties.

You will also be supporting residents with recreational and social activities, being passionate, trustworthy, reliable, and enjoying connecting with residents, colleagues, and the wider community.

In this role, you will foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues to help ensure care outcomes are consistently exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, Health Services Assistance or equivalent, hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate, a current Police Check clearance, and current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date.
