Care Support Associate

We are seeking a compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their own homes.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, providing personal care, and promoting independence. You will also be responsible for developing genuine connections with your clients and helping them live their best possible lives.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, resilience, and patience. You should also be proficient in using smartphone technology, apps, and email.

Our comprehensive orientation program includes buddy shifts, direct access to a dedicated supervisor, and a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters, and client care plans.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career through our dedicated learning and development team.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive competitive compensation, including $32.74 - $33.82 per hour, plus superannuation. You will also earn paid travel time and mileage between clients.

Requirements:
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance
