Compassionate Care Associate

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our care team as a Compassionate Care Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Job Summary:

The Compassionate Care Associate will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleaning up after meals
  • Participate in resident assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
