Job Title: Ambitious Public Service Attendant.
","Job Summary:
","As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all assigned public areas.","- Ensure all public areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet brand standards at all times.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and hotel staff.
- Communicate any service difficulties or guest comments to supervisors; follow established procedures for prompt resolution of challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
","- Perform cleaning tasks, including room allocation, priority cleaning, and assisting colleagues.
- Be physically mobile and able to stand for long periods while walking around the resort.
- Have a strong passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to high standards.
Requirements:
","- Good communication skills and previous housekeeping experience are highly valued.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Physically capable of carrying heavy objects such as linen, beds, and vacuum cleaners.
Working Conditions:
","- Variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays across a seven-day roster.
- Must hold a current driver's license and meet legal requirements for employment in Australia.
