Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, generating sales appointments, and building rapport with guests to ensure a seamless experience.

You will work closely with our resort operations team to provide a high level of service and transition owners and guests through the check-in process smoothly.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our resorts and via livestream
  • Establishing commonality and building rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Working closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within the Travel and Leisure community
  • Meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Ability to meet KPI's as set by the role
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
