Room Attendant

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are meticulously maintained. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

As a Room Attendant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to guests by ensuring their rooms are clean and well-appointed;
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and restrooms;
• Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently;
• Collaborating with the Housekeeping Team to maintain a seamless operation and meet quality standards;
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping environment, preferably in a hotel or resort setting;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
