Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Social Media Communications Officer, dedicated to promoting crime prevention initiatives and enhancing community confidence.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement a strategic social media engagement plan, style guidelines and governance procedures.
  • Create engaging content for various online audiences, leveraging creative expression to promote the organisation's message.
  • Engage in online discussions across multiple social media platforms to foster positive interactions and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with digital intelligence, media and public affairs teams to achieve operational objectives and drive organisational success.
  • Support moderation of high-priority social media content, providing expert guidance and training to internal staff.
  • Represent the Media and Public Affairs Group at meetings with clients and stakeholders, showcasing expertise and building relationships.

About You
