**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Lead the optimization of email, SMS, and web push campaigns to enhance customer experiences
  • Collaborate with data analysts to drive continuous improvements through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute aligned CRM marketing programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar B2C CRM marketing role
  • Proven experience in data analysis and consumer insights, including audience segmentation
  • Proficiency in CDP/CRM platforms (Insider, Klaviyo)
  • Experience working in a SaaS E-commerce environment (Shopify, Big Commerce)
  • Experience working for an omnichannel beauty, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brand
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
