Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide tailored care and support to residents in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, life engagement, and support to residents with varying levels of dementia. They will also need to recognize, report, and respond appropriately to changes in the conditions of residents within their skills and competencies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Personal care – showering, grooming, toileting etc.
  • Provide life engagement activities
  • Support residents with levels of dementia

The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives. They will also be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requirements
  • Genuine passion for serving elderly people
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts
  • Knowledge and experience of people living with Dementia
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (desired)
