Senior Research Manager

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our research team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact research and developing strategic recommendations for clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to flagship thought leadership, and shape the future of decision-making through evidence-based insights.
The OpportunityYou will lead complex quantitative and qualitative research engagements from scoping through to delivery. You will design and oversee the development of research instruments, translate data into compelling insights, and build trusted relationships with high-profile clients.
- Lead research engagements to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop research instruments and methodologies.
- Translate data into actionable insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Foster a high-performance team culture by mentoring and coaching others. You will drive quality assurance across all deliverables and contribute to business development through proposal writing and pitch presentations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in market and social research.
- Expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities.
- Outstanding client engagement and communication skills.
