Service Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
">Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality service support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
">You will work closely with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">- Diesel Mechanic/Fitters/LV Mechanic experience in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining equipment, power generation on engines and drivelines.
- Trade Qualified with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical circuits.
- Excellent diagnostic capabilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Mature attitude, logical approach, and ability to work independently and effectively.
- Great work ethic and team player with excellent communication skills.
