Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role will provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. They will also have a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer inquiries accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Process customer orders and manage end-to-end customer interaction activities.
  • Interact with customers in our Trade Centre, including face-to-face service, responding to requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals for backorders.
  • Provide product-based information where required.
  • Undertake daily stock replenishment/stock takes and update our Trade Centre Showrooms.
  • General housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is safe, clean and inviting for customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A curious and learning mindset to engage and grow with us.
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach.
  • Confidence and experience with the Microsoft suite of products; Excel and Word are essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Time management skills.
  • Be safety minded and promote safety within our branch.
  • Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Forklift license (desirable).
