We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction above all else.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering quality service and providing tailored solutions for diverse customer groups. You will work closely with customers to identify suitable products and services, demonstrate efficient banking options, and ensure every transaction is accurate and secure.
Key Responsibilities- Support our branch by being the primary point of contact for customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
- Identify and recommend suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
- Demonstrate self-service and digital banking options for customers; making banking simple, easy, and secure.
We're looking for a detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and customer-centric thinking. No prior banking experience is required - comprehensive training provided.
