Home Loan Business Banker
">As a Home Loan Business Banker, you will be responsible for fulfilling customers' home lending needs and making a positive community impact.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Growing the consumer lending portfolio by identifying customer needs and enhancing retention.
- Engaging in quality conversations to understand customer goals and deepen relationships.
- Identifying new lending opportunities within existing portfolios and generating referrals through collaboration and marketing.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through accurate and prompt processing of loan applications.
Requirements:
">- Drive, tenacity, and enjoyment of financial analysis.
- Lending experience and strong relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of banking systems and processes.
- Proven credit analysis and debt structuring capabilities.
- Broad banking product knowledge, including transactional and e-commerce solutions.
- Experience in business banking or relationship management within a major financial institution.
