Key Maintenance Role Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance and production teams, you will be responsible for providing quality and efficient maintenance services during planned maintenance, breakdowns, reliability, and the deployment of new plant and machinery.

  • Maintenance of FMCG machinery including high-speed fillers, mixers, conveyors, sensors, hydraulics, robotic machinery, and packaging machines requires strong mechanical fault troubleshooting skills.
  • Planned maintenance using systems like MEX is essential for ensuring equipment efficiency.
  • Working with steam and/or gas appliances is preferred but not required.
  • Identifying and participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects is crucial for success in this role.
  • A stable set roster - Afternoon shift (1:00PM - 9:06PM) with the possibility of overtime on alternating weekends is part of the job.
About You:
  • Relevant trade qualification is a must.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Fitter working in a 24/7 FCMG environment is required.
  • Experience in planned maintenance systems like MEX is necessary.
  • Steam or gas appliance experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation and reliability focus is beneficial.
  • Confined Space, Working at Heights, and EWP certification would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong initiative are essential.
  • Team work advocate is also important.
