Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
This is a permanent full-time role, perfect for individuals with a background in food manufacturing or those eager to learn.
The successful candidate will work alongside our team on night shifts from Monday to Thursday, 10:30pm to 6:30am.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A relevant qualification, such as a Fitter Trade Certificate (or equivalent)
- Experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry (preferred)
- The ability to work independently and proactively on preventive maintenance schedules, attend breakdowns, or other assigned tasks
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Working knowledge of mechanical equipment and skills to maintain, repair, and install
- Competence in diagnosing faults, production breakdowns, production start-ups, and operating settings
- Competence in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment
- Effective communication with management regarding equipment and maintenance issues
- Ability to read and understand engineering and pneumatic drawings
