Job Title:

A senior legal professional is required to provide expert advice and representation to primary producers and rural small business operators in complex credit and debt-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit, debt, and insurance law, as well as excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients facing complex credit and debt issues.
  • Develop and maintain case management standards and legal advice guides to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative legal practices and policies.
Requirements:
  • Admission or eligibility for immediate admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland.
  • Eligibility for a current practising certificate and entry in the High Court Register of Practitioners.
  • A current driver's licence (reasonable adjustments will be considered).
