Senior Legal Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Legal Professional to play a vital role in assessing blue card applications under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
This is an opportunity to utilize your legal knowledge to ensure only the right individuals are entrusted to work with children.
About the Role- Process and assess blue card applications for individuals with criminal histories or other assessable information.
- Conduct risk assessments and draft clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Liaise with applicants and stakeholders, gathering and recording critical information.
You will provide clear legal and procedural advice to internal and external stakeholders, manage case files efficiently, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team. A strong analytical mind, excellent written communication skills, and ability to work independently are essential.
