Job Overview
Klaviyo is seeking a highly skilled Lead Solutions Architect to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing technical solutions to drive our market-leading position in the owned marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate long-term relationships with customers to drive growth and revenue
- Develop deep technical knowledge of Klaviyo's products and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Design and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture
- Strong technical skills, including expertise in web development languages, REST APIs, and data engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
