Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. As a Solutions Architect, you will be the technical leader on projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hiring, training, and developing new Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers
  • Coaching Solutions Architects to conduct technical sessions and transfer deep technical skills to customers
  • Formulating and executing a customer-focused strategy to drive adoption of AWS
  • Guiding and prioritizing the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices
  • Owning the technical strategy to increase customer value and adoption of well-architected AWS solutions across Media and Entertainment customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience
  • 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience
  • 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles
