The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, experience in major negotiations, and a passion for integrated precincts.

  • Lead deal-making efforts for precinct schemes, fostering vibrant communities with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Develop and implement plans to activate precincts, leveraging relationships with local councils, communities, and commercial partners.
About You

A tertiary qualified property and place professional with a proven track record in the infrastructure and property sectors is required.

  • Sound commercial acumen and experience developing innovative solutions.
  • Able to articulate complex concepts and put forward compelling arguments to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-centric ethos and ability to balance customer requirements with regulatory and policy conditions.
