As a key member of our high-performing project team, we are seeking a Site Supervisor to deliver the iconic lobby at 55 Pitt Street in Sydney. This landmark commercial and retail tower contributes to the revitalisation of Circular Quay and offers world-class amenities for workers and visitors alike.The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering subcontractor trade requirements, ensuring works are completed within time, cost, and quality obligations. They will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team and contribute to it in a supportive and productive manner.This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer-focused quality, leadership, and employee satisfaction. As a Site Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to promote our company values and leave a positive legacy in the communities where we operate.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of delivering subcontractor trade requirements for all packages related to the iconic lobby
  • Assisting the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team
  • Contributing to health and safety processes and supporting crews with safety requirements
  • Leading by example and promoting customer-focused quality and leaving a positive legacy in the communities where you operate
