Job Description

  • Contact Centre Operations: Engage with customers via phone to facilitate the placement of live bets, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Settlement Processing: Execute settlement processes to ensure accurate and timely customer payouts, monitor sports events, odds, and results, and analyze settlement discrepancies to resolve any issues.
  • Trading Content Management: Ensure that betting platforms have site health with respect to promotion, look and feel, pricing, and display of key promotional markets, and regularly review website content and product to ensure accuracy, currency, and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on quality service and a customer-first mindset.
  • Sports Knowledge: A passion for and understanding of sports (not essential).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use phone betting systems, betting platforms, and tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and settlement discrepancies.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to maintain documentation and reports.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
