Drive Cultural Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of strategies that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within an organization.

Job Overview:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed inclusive practices across departments and teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs that promote cultural competence and awareness.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track progress toward organizational goals related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Champion initiatives that support employee growth and development, particularly for underrepresented groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion plans.
  • Lead performance monitoring and insight reporting, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement.

  • A proven track record in driving culture change and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing effective diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. diversity, equity, and inclusion, business administration, organizational development).
  • 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion or a related field.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
