Job Description

This sales and service operations internship is a 12-month opportunity to gain insight into the commercial vehicle industry.

You will support the team with customer and dealer engagement, communications, and operational administration. Day-to-day tasks include general business operations, customer service queries, and learning about service plans marketing and sales.

As an innovative and motivated student, you will have a strong desire to help shape our business by applying exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The role offers on-going online and in-person learning opportunities to enable you to kick-start your future in Sales & Service Operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in immersing yourself in this role and the truck industry as a whole
  • Proactive, enthusiastic attitude driven to provide ultimate customer service excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
