Compassionate Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support our Community Services team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
This role provides leadership to a team of Care Partners, ensuring clients receive exceptional care that supports independence, dignity, and connection to their community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Care Partners to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed, reablement-focused care.
- Monitor care plans, client budgets, and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as escalation point for complaints, incidents, and risks, ensuring timely resolution.
- Mentor, coach and develop Care Partners through supervision and team meetings.
- Drive service growth, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Diploma in Community Services or tertiary qualification in social sciences (preferred).
- Leadership experience in aged care, community services, or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of aged care policy, compliance, and funding frameworks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High financial literacy and case management experience.
