Strata Management Position

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, you will work closely with the director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business relationships and establish new client records
  • Prepare financial plans and administer monetary matters
  • Organise repairs, maintenance, and projects
  • Convene, conduct, and take minutes of meetings
  • Manage insurance quotes, claims, and valuations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business development skills
  • Superior personal and written presentation
  • Conflict management and dispute resolution skills
  • Honest and ethical with high performance standards
  • Good knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006
  • Experience in Mystrata / Strataware or similar software
  • A qualification in strata, property, business, or accounting is highly desirable
