Job Title

We are seeking an Online Learning Specialist who can lead the management, development and deployment of digital training across various platforms. This includes designing and developing engaging and interactive learning solutions to enhance skills, knowledge and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing and reviewing visually appealing and user-friendly e-learning content for self-paced learners
  • Project managing multiple end-to-end digital projects by prioritizing tasks and working to strict deadlines
  • Creating and curating multimedia resources such as videos, audio files and reports to augment the learning experience
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies, research and industry-led initiatives to ensure our learning solutions remain innovative and effective
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education or a related field, with experience in learning design and e-learning development. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems is highly desirable.

Experience using Extended Reality (XR) technology within a training environment: Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR) and Virtual Reality (VR) is also highly desirable.
