Childcare Educator Role

We offer an exceptional opportunity for a qualified childcare educator to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children from prep to year 12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement curriculum-aligned programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and incidents.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service planning.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent) with a willingness to pursue further studies.
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and quality frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
