This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Childcare Educator to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of school-aged children.
About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to provide high-quality care and education to children in our before school, after school, and vacation care programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment that promotes social, spiritual, and confident learning experiences.
You will work closely with our existing team to develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children. Your expertise and creativity will be valued as you design and deliver activities that foster creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a love of learning.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements- A positive, passionate approach to working with school-aged children
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards it) – desirable but not essential
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- An understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place — or a willingness to learn
