Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Lead Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you'll be responsible for designing thoughtful programming that nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child.

  • You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources.

We're committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children, and our centres operate from 7:00am to 6:30pm.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • A professional and friendly personal presentation
