The Position:

This new role will oversee operational activities to facilitate the transition from mechanical to digital meters, collaborating with external service providers and managing exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead high-performing teams, overseeing the exchange of mechanical meters to digital meters, and collaborate with field service providers to ensure successful transitions.

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification in business or engineering, paired with experience leading high-performing teams and knowledge of customer metering principles, practices, regulations, legislation, and standards.
