About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. As an Insurance Loss Adjustor, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating vehicle damage, preparing quotes, and ensuring that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Damage Assessment: Accurately assess and estimate vehicle damage, using your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare quotes for accident repairs, ensuring that they are accurate and comprehensive.
- Repair Management: Manage the repair process, ensuring that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition and that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, work providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with clients and work providers. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
- Education: Relevant qualifications and training in a field such as automotive repair or a related field.
